The STRIKER CUP starts at the beginning of each season. All teams in Striker Manager are involved in this competition.The competition is conducted in a single-elimination format, so teams will continue to play successive matches until there is only one team left standing. To be clear: lose and you're out; win and you advance to the next stage.
Matches, which are tied after regular time, are decided by a penalty shootout.
There will be only one undefeated team left at the end of the competition and this will be declared the victor.
In each of these matches, stadium choice will be awarded randomly. Revenues will be split evenly between the two teams.
Cards, which a player receives in the Cup, CAN lead to suspension with regard to regular league games.
The cup matches are played on Tuesday (for the first three weeks) and Thursday.
