First of all, they need to have a good progression parameter/stat. Its a fix And hidden stat that they born with. You can see it by paying golden balls. Or even look for them. Sometimes Users sell them showing The stat, but this make The players very expensive. This stat is a percentage of How much they take from a trainnining. Also the % of the coach is vital. You need to have a coach around 90-99% And look for players that have +90 of progression. Them is Just to look in the trainning exercises those that ingrese the most the position you wanna train (specilice in one position is better) |
